The panel Check contains only the Check tool.

Check panel also has the interactive clickable panel name that will will take you to the relevant settings in the Settings menu.

Check tool

Use the Check tool to check various mesh parameters against optimal finite element limits on selected objects. You can select objects by clicking or dragging in the model view.
