Fixed line

Use the Fixed line tool to add fixed finite element line to the model. You can add fixed lines to either line or shell objects.

When you select the Fixed line tool from the panel, a new tool palette opens.

	Tools on the tool palette
	Use Straight line function to add fixed line by defining a straight line.
	Use this Arc by center, start point and angle function to add fixed line as an arc by defining its center point, start point and angle.
	Use this Arc by 3 points function to add fixed line as an arc by defining it with 3 points: start, end and middle points of the arc.
	Use this Arc by start, end point and tangent function to add fixed line as an arc by defining its start point, endpoint and start tangent.
	Use Line by selection function to define fixed line based on any existing line or edge.
