Design subtype selector

Use the Design subtype selector drop-down menu to choose which concrete design check you want to work with.

Bar reinforcement and section – select this subtype when you want to work with bar reinforcement together with section-based design checks.
Shell reinforcement: longitudinal – select this subtype when you want to review or design longitudinal reinforcement in shell elements.
Shell reinforcement: shear – select this subtype when you want to review or design shear reinforcement in shell elements.
Punching reinforcement – select this subtype when you want to work with punching shear reinforcement checks and design.
Concealed bar reinforcement – select this subtype when you want to work with concealed bar reinforcement design. The concealed bar is a type of virtual bar that is created as a region inside a shell (plate or wall) element. It is used to allow parts of the shell to be designed as if they were bars.
