Table of contents for bar elements

Smaller tables of contents have been added throughout the document for all bar element types. These act as summaries, making it easier to locate specific elements and check for large internal forces.

When you click on the grid value in the table, a small tooltip will appear, showing the bar's location relative to the nearest gridlines. Clicking on the internal forces will take you to the load combination where the value was found.
