PREFAB 24.0.3 includes minor bug fixes and the following improvements.
Select from all open and calculated FEM-Design files
You can now select from all open FEM-Design files that have already been calculated, not just the most recently calculated one. This gives you greater flexibility and a better overview when working simultaneously with multiple projects or calculations.
If only one calculation is available in FEM-Design, it will be imported automatically as usual. If multiple calculations exist, you can select the desired file from a dropdown using the calculation's start time or GUID.
If you need to select by GUID, you first need to save the FEM-Design file as .struxml format.
Open the .struxml file in any text editor, and the GUID can be found in the first part of the schema.
When using it for the first time, FEM-Design has to be restarted for this feature to work.
New export option for full elevation
It is now possible to export a full elevation that includes only the reactions along the edges or from elements on other planes. This can be used when running a finer mesh, where you want to adjust the distribution between the exported elements, while the remaining reactions stay unchanged from the original model. The image below illustrates an example of how to apply the new export function.
